YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT. Damages During Shipping Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, do not sign for the package. If a package is refused it must have considerable damage for a credit to be issued. “Considerable damage” will be determined by RevisionAuto.com. Refusing a non-damaged item will result in no credit being issued. Call RevisionAuto.com within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. Payments All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept cashier’s checks, PayPal, and credit cards. Warranty/Liability All products sold by RevisionAuto.com are sold “as is” to the customer. RevisionAuto.com does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. RevisionAuto.com is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the products sold. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. RevisionAuto.com will not be responsible for your own actions. Installation of Aero Kits Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT always be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. Backordered Items If product is in stock, it may be shipped within 48 hours. Most Aero Kit orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks and you will be notified of this. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date. Checkout During Checkout, shipping charges for large items might not be displayed. All body kits have a $150 flat rate shipping charge. This will be applied after checkout. Typographical Errors
